Weiri (Shandong) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2014, with its production base located in the National High tech Industrial Development Zone of Dezhou (Yucheng), Shandong. At present, the main products include biological preservatives such as Nisin, Natamycin, and ε - Poly Lysine hydrochloride (HCL).

On January 12, 2023, Hangzhou Enhe Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Weiri (Shandong) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. signed an equity acquisition agreement, becoming the controlling shareholder through equity transfer and capital increase. After the acquisition of Weiri by Enhe Biotechnology, a management team with years of experience in leading pharmaceutical companies has been appointed to stay in the company to improve management level. At the same time, leveraging the technological advantages of Enhe Biotech's core team (both backbone scientists from leading synthetic biology companies in the United States with rich experience in research and quality control), we will carry out work in improving production capacity, enhancing product quality, enriching product lines, and expanding international markets.
